Fill Tab 1 & Capture Client Signature
Enter the Client Name, Email, and Property Address in 1. Agreement & Setup. Have the client sign the pad at the bottom (or tap β‘ Quick-Sign Agreement if signed via email). Unlike before, all tabs are unlocked at all times so you can jump straight to inspecting!
Use "β Mark All Inspected" & Restricted Toggles
In 2. Field SOP Inspection, pick a section on the left (`Roofing`, `Electrical`, etc.) and click β Mark All Inspectedβthen only tap the 1 or 2 items that are `Deficient` or `Not Present`. Flip β οΈ Area Restricted if snow or clutter blocks access.
1-Tap Quick Pills or O,I,R Shorthand
Tap any β‘ 1-Tap Common Defect pill at the top of the O,I,R card to pre-fill a Maine SOP narrative immediately, OR type a 4-word note (e.g., "double tapped breaker panel") and click β‘ Generate O,I,R Narrative, then click + Save O,I,R Finding.
